After the fast installation, the Orbital Shot structure is ready to create fanciful dynamic images. With the help of a creative director, who gives directions to the participants, inviting them to interact with the objects and the setting, we obtain a result that breaks the patterns of traditional photography.

After the shot you can add to the Orbital Shot 3D graphic objects that move together with the image, such as a logo, to customize the final result.

In a few minutes the participants can see again and download the MP4 video file from the web gallery of the event hosted on the dedicated minisite, created for the occasion and finally share it on social networks to surprise their followers with a never seen before image!

01 CUSTOMIZATION

We realize and integrate a customized graphic inside the web gallery dedicated to the event, on the additional screen and on the disclosure form that all the participants will have to fill during the evening

02 SETTING

Our technicians arrive about 2 hours before the beginning of the event and mount the equipment

During the event

03 DISCLOSURE FILLING

A hostess makes the participants fill in the disclosure form through a tablet

04 LINK SENDING

Guests who have filled out the form will receive an email containing the link to view the web gallery

05 THE SHOT

The fun begins! Guests can start to pose in front of our cameras and, with the help of our creative director, make fun moving shots

06 DISPLAY

The shots are displayed on the monitor with custom graphics

07 WEB GALLERY / TOTEM

Participants can immediately review the videos just made by visiting the web gallery directly from their mobile devices (smartphone or tablet) or on our totems placed at their disposal

08 SHARING

Videos can be downloaded and shared on social media

After the event

09 DISASSEMBLING

The technicians dismantle the equipment, leaving the location in perfect condition

10 A YEAR OF ORBITAL SHOT

The web gallery remains active for 1 year, during which it will still be possible to review and download the Orbital Shots
